    • Repairs & Maintenance using professional tradesmen – we have access to all necessary trades should the need arise to overcome those unplanned for ‘hiccups’.

With our flexible approach, no job is too small – or too big. We clean studio apartments up to multi block complexes. Whether it’s once per year or every week we will ensure that your property is crystal clean.

As Well as putting everything back where it belongs we include the following

  • All floor surfaces swept and mopped

  • Stairs swept, mopped and banisters cleaned

  • All furniture surfaces dusted & polished

  • All bathrooms/showers/en-suites cleaned & disinfected

Pool Maintenance

With an expert trainer on hand our pool maintenance is second to none. Owning a pool and letting property brings with it an obligation to ensure that the water is safe and hygienic for your guests to bathe in. Not forgetting that it’s an investment that needs to be properly cared for to ensure it’s long life. Poorly maintained pools can see deterioration of the liner within just 2 years.

To keep your pool looking crystal clean we carry out the following on every visit.

 

  • Vacuum and brush all surfaces of pool liner

  • All skimmer pots and baskets emptied and cleaned

  • Water line cleaned to remove sun cream deposits

  • Pump strainer basket emptied to maintain pump life

  • Water test on every visit with recorded results

  • Maintain chlorine and pH to correct safe levels

  • Maintain water clarity and polish for excellent presentation

  • Check of sand-filter pressure and backwash when necessary

  • Check of pool lighting timers and adjust throughout season

 

We can also offer the following extras as they become necessary.

 

  • Replacement of underwater lighting bulbs

  • Covering of pools for winter period and treat with winter chemicals

  • Removal of covers after winter and preparation of pool for use

  • Pumping water from pool covers after heavy rain

  • Monthly check during covered periods and turning of pump motor

  • Arrangement of replacement parts following breakdown or failure
