Ayia Napa is Cyprus' most popular beach resort. Normally the little village has less than 1000 inhabitants, but during summer season it hosts more than 10.000 tourists per day. The beaches are awesome with sugary white sands. The main centre of the district is Paralimni, 3 miles north of Ayia Napa. East of the village is Protaras, known for its family friendly atmosphere.
The plot is 350 sq meters, the house is 155 sq meters covered, private pool is 9m by 4 meters. fully furnished with modern furniture only few months old. Fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, even kettle. toaster, microwaves. Satellite dish, receiver and DVD player. 3 bathrooms (1 en suite, 1 main bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and 1 downstairs wc), roof garden/terrace. The garden has a brand new automatic irrigation system installed.
